Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the booking, payment, and delivery of medical aesthetic services at Victoria Park Medispa in Toronto, Ontario, and to your use of book.vicpark.com. They supplement the chain-wide privacy + business practices of the Victoria Park Medispa group (see vicpark.com/privacy-policy) with the operational policies of our Toronto clinic location.

1. Agreement to these terms

By booking a consultation or treatment with Victoria Park Medispa, paying a deposit, signing a consent form, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings + deposits

  • Consultations are complimentary and may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
  • Treatment bookings may require a deposit at the time of scheduling. The deposit is credited toward your treatment cost.
  • Deposits are typically $100 for single sessions and up to 25% of package cost for multi-session packages. Exact amount is disclosed at booking.
  • You must arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may forfeit the deposit at the clinician's discretion.

3. Cancellations + no-shows

  • More than 24 hours' notice: deposit fully refundable or transferable to another date.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: the deposit is forfeited.
  • Two consecutive no-shows may require pre-payment in full before future bookings.
  • We understand emergencies happen. Document medical or family emergencies in writing and we will exercise discretion.

4. Refunds

  • Unused single-session deposits with sufficient notice are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Treatment packages (e.g., the current "Buy 3 Sylfirm X sessions, get the 4th free — $1,000 off" offering) are non-refundable once treatment has begun. Unused sessions in a package may, with our written agreement, be transferred to an immediate family member.
  • Completed treatments are non-refundable. Results vary; please see Section 6.
  • Product purchases (skincare) are refundable, unopened, in original packaging, within 14 days of purchase with receipt.
  • If you believe a treatment was not delivered as described, contact us within 14 days so we can assess and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary correction or partial refund.

5. Medical treatment

  • All treatments are provided by qualified clinicians under medical oversight, in compliance with the Regulated Health Professions Act (Ontario), College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) standards, and Health Canada regulations.
  • Medical devices used (e.g., Sylfirm X) are licensed by Health Canada for the indications discussed at consultation. Off-label uses, if any, are discussed and consented to specifically.
  • Prescription products (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers) are administered only after a clinician's assessment + your express informed consent.
  • Candidacy is confirmed at consultation. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not medically appropriate or if contraindications are present.
  • You must complete all consent forms + pre-treatment instructions before treatment begins.
  • Results vary between individuals. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
  • You agree to follow all post-treatment care instructions to support results and reduce risk of complications. Failure to follow instructions may impact results and is at your own risk.

6. Your obligations as a patient

  • Provide accurate, complete information about your medical history, current medications, supplements, allergies, and prior aesthetic treatments. Failure to disclose may invalidate your consent and increases your risk.
  • Disclose pregnancy, breastfeeding, recent illness, active skin conditions in the treatment area, or any change in health status between your consultation and treatment.
  • Follow all pre-treatment instructions (e.g., medication restrictions, sun exposure limits, retinoid discontinuation timelines).
  • Attend all recommended follow-up appointments so the clinician can monitor outcomes + manage any complication.

7. Promotions + pricing

  • Promotions (e.g., the current Buy 3 Sylfirm X sessions, get the 4th free — $1,000 off) are valid only during the stated period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  • All pricing is in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclusive of applicable taxes (HST) unless stated.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Confirmed bookings honour the price at the time of booking.
  • Payment is due at the time of treatment unless prepaid via package or financing arrangement.

8. Photographs + media

  • Clinical photographs taken before/during/after treatment are part of your medical record and are stored only in that record by default.
  • Marketing use of identifiable photographs (website, social media, before/after galleries, advertising) requires separate express written consent, signed by you at your request.
  • You may revoke marketing consent at any time in writing. We will remove the imagery from new marketing within 30 days and from channels we control as soon as reasonably practicable.
  • You may not photograph or record other patients, staff, or clinic interiors without our written permission.

9. Communications (CASL)

  • By booking with us, you consent to transactional emails + SMS: appointment confirmations, reminders, treatment instructions, payment receipts.
  • Marketing emails + SMS require separate express opt-in under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
  • Every marketing message identifies us by name + address and includes a working unsubscribe link or "Reply STOP" instruction. Unsubscribe requests are honoured within 10 business days.
  • Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out; reply HELP for assistance.

10. Website use

  • You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of our website or booking systems.
  • You will not submit false information or impersonate another person.
  • All content on this site (text, images, logos, video) is owned by Victoria Park Medispa or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victoria Park Medispa is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Medical care is governed by the patient-clinician relationship and applicable provincial law; nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario), PHIPA, or other applicable statutes.

You acknowledge that medical aesthetic treatments carry risks discussed during informed consent. By signing a consent form you accept those risks; this section does not limit liability for negligence by our clinicians.

12. Dispute resolution

  • If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@vicpark.com — we aim to resolve concerns within 14 days.
  • Unresolved clinical concerns may be raised with the regulatory college of the treating clinician (e.g., CPSO for physicians, CNO for nurses).
  • Privacy concerns may be raised with the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
